Lineage

In the direct line of Dr. Mikao Usui.

Reiki as we practice it today was rediscovered in Japan in the early 1900s by Dr. Mikao Usui, who received the attunement and symbols during a 21-day meditation on Mount Kurama. On completion of Level II, you may trace your lineage back through Michelle → the Usui system → Dr. Mikao Usui himself.

Graduates are eligible for professional registration with the International Association of Reiki Practitioners (IARP) and for continuing education credits through the RMTA, NHPC, and Yoga Alliance.
